DPRunners' & DPWalkers' Meeting Minutes
February 26, 2005

Place: Greg’s residence 10:29 AM.

Chair-KB
Meeting will be short- anyone having reports can give them now.

Treasurer-Kathy
She gave the treasurer report for Dec.9 & Feb. 25. Balance $2586.26. Bank error of $100?

Walking Captain-Howard
Have 21 walkers signed up. Still recruiting more walkers. Some on “fence”. One walker from Vancouver, B.C. interested.

Transportation-Tim
Will get 6 vans @ same location.

Supply-Sandra
Gave out lists of supplies on hand. Will get free calculators from PCC thru Kathy. PGE donates safety flashers, will try to get more.

Camp-Kim
Crab, steak, hamburger choices. Veggie eaters request their veg burgers be cooked first or on separate grille. Ask people to bring their travel trailers/RV’s to help with food refrigeration. Tent sites must be reserved for 2 days. Not sure about TT/RVs, maybe 3 day requirement? Volunteers need to help with tent setup/cooking first, save socializing for later.

Running Captain-Greg:
Shamrock Run is in 2 weeks, $21 each if going as a group (4 or more), otherwise $30 per individual. May 1st,Sunday, Bloom Day Race, group walk/run event in Spokane,WA Borrow a RV?
