First kayaking trip of this summer will be on May 28th, 9 am to 4 pm, at Smith and Bybee Lakes, one of the best kept secrets in Portland, OR!

This trip is with Next Adventure Paddling Center. If more than 4 people register for this trip, a group discount will be applied!
Cost: $85 per person (before group discount).
The fee includes: transportation to/from Smith and Bybee Lakes from Paddle Sports Center in Portland, OR, equipment (kayak, paddles, PFDs), guide and lunch.
No prior experience is necessary for this trip.

Cancellation policy:
72 hours or more before the class Reschedule or refund at no cost
Less than 72 hours before the class Reschedule for 25% of the full retail cost of the class.
No show at class Reschedule for 50% of the full retail cost of the class.
Reschedules can only be processed by phone or in person during regular business hours at the Paddle SportsCenter. (M-F 10-7, S 10-6, Sn 11-5)

Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge, Rigdefield, WA
**This trip will be self-guided and you will need to bring a kayak**
When: August 20, 2011
Time: 10 am to early afternoon
Meeting location: Ridgefield Boat Launch, Ridgefield, WA
Directions: From I-5, take Exit #14. Turn west onto Pioneer Street and proceed 3 miles to Ridgefield. Turn right onto Main St. Turn left onto Division St.
Items to bring: Water, sunscreen, lunch, snacks, weather-appropriate clothes, binoculars, etc.
Cost: No cost involved unless you need to rent a kayak. See below for places to rent a kayak.

Experience the joys of sea kayaking through the surrounding marshes and waterways of Union Bay or Lake Washington.
They have single or double seat kayaks. Please let us know which one you like to have single or double seat kayaks. They will reserve kayaks in advance. After kayaking, we will have nice dinner and drinks on the dock at night and enjoy dancing or relaxing!
DPO provide hotel and transportation. We will have two cars to ride to Seattle. Leave in early morning on Sept. 17th and return on Sept 18th. Let us know if you wish to stay at the hotel in Seattle overnight then please let us know ASAP.
Cost: $30 dollars for two hours with guide. Great Deal!!
Limit 16 people.
